For your convenience:

  • We serve approximately 18,000 customers.  Therefore, someone is always available and happy to assist you even during the lunch hour.
  • We empty our drop box daily by 8:00 A.M. (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You are able to access billing inserts that we’ve mailed out.  They’re available here.  (This is especially helpful for our customers who have elected to receive electronic statements.)
