Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors of the Cherokee Metropolitan District will be held at 6250 Palmer Park Blvd, El Paso County, Colorado on the second Tuesday of each month of the calendar year 2008.

Meetings will be at 5:30 p.m. to consider such matters as may be brought before the Board.
