NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S.§32-1-1001(2)(a), to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District and all other interested parties, that the Board of Directors of the Cherokee Metropolitan District of the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, will be conducting a Budget Work Sessions beginning at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, in the Conference Room 6250 Palmer Park Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80915 and remotely via zoom.      

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding the Special Meeting or Work Sessions.    

The Special Meeting and Work Sessions are open to the general public.
