Hazardous Waste Disposal
The El Paso County Household Hazardous Waste Facility services the Cherokee Metropolitan District. Typical household hazardous waste is accepted from El Paso and Teller County residents at no charge. All other select waste for businesses is subject to approval and fees. Please call for more information.
The El Paso County Household Hazardous Waste Facilities located at 3255 Akers Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80922. The facility is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for 8:30am - Noon and 1:00pm -4:00pm. Appointments are only required if you have more than 50 household items. This appointment does require manager approval.
