NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District (“District”) and all other interested persons, that the Board of Directors of the District will be holding a Special Board Meeting and Parks Study Session at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday June 23, 2026, at 6250 Palmer Park Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80915 and remotely via Zoom.
