NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Cherokee Metropolitan District ("District") and all other interested persons, that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider fixing or increasing th District's fine schedule for violating its Drought and Outdoor Watering Restrictions at a public meeting to be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 6250 Palmer Park Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80915 and remotely via Zoom. This meeting is open to the public. Any interested person may appear at the public meeting for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board regarding this matter.
